Cancellation Options – Flexibility That Works for You

We understand that plans can change, and at MNB LIVIN, we strive to provide flexible and transparent cancellation policies to meet our guests’ needs.

Standard Booking Cancellation Policy:

  • Free Cancellation:

    Within 48 hours of initial booking.

  • Partial Refund:

    Cancellations up to 7 days before the check-in date receive a 50% refund.

  • Non-Refundable:

    Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Bank charges, if applicable, are borne by the guest.

Corporate & Long-Term Bookings:

We offer custom cancellation terms for extended stays and business clients. Contact info@mnblivin.com to discuss your options.

How to Cancel:

Online Portal:

  1. Log in to your booking dashboard.
  2. Navigate to "My Bookings" and select the reservation.
  3. Click “Cancel” and confirm your reason.

Email Request:

Alternatively, email your request to support@mnblivin.com with your booking reference.
