3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by MNB LIVIN. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing

Prices for our Services are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified and may be subject to applicable taxes, including but not limited to VAT, tourism fees, and city taxes, as per Dubai regulations.

3.3 Payment

Full payment or a deposit, as specified during the booking process, is required to confirm a reservation. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule provided.

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is detailed in the “Cancellation Options” section of our website. By making a booking, you agree to abide by the terms outlined therein. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to that policy.

4. Guest Obligations and Conduct

4.1 Responsible Use

You agree to use our Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of Dubai and the UAE. You are responsible for the conduct of all persons in your party.

4.2 Property Use

Guests must treat MNB LIVIN properties with care and respect. Any damage to the property or its contents caused by guests will be charged to the guest. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties unless explicitly stated otherwise. Pets may not be allowed unless specified and agreed upon in advance.

4.3 Noise and Disturbances

Guests must ensure that noise levels are kept to a minimum, especially during late hours, to avoid disturbing other residents or guests. Local community rules and regulations must be adhered to.

4.4 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Engaging in any unlawful activities.
  • Distributing harmful or offensive content.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data.
  • Any activity that violates the laws of the UAE.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a safe and secure environment, MNB LIVIN is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during your stay, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MNB LIVIN, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Services.
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
  • Any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applicable, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the Courts of Dubai.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
